Most of the horses created by C.W. Parker of Leavenworthy, Kansas were smaller figures made for traveling carousels… the type used in carnivals that were always moving from town to town. This horse, complete with multi-style glass "jewels" and dogs on the cantle, was one of the shop's larger, more impressive carvings.
